The new Chevrolet Sail hatchback, essentially the replacement for the current Aveo U-VA is due for market introduction by May, autojunction.in’s sources have confirmed. The Sail will be available with both petrol and diesel engines, and will be built at GM India’s Talegaon facility near Pune.

Developed in collaboration with GM’s Chinese partner Wuling, the Chevrolet MPV is based on the Wuling CN 100 minivan. In India, it will likely be called the Chevrolet Enjoy, and is due for launch by the end of this calendar year.
