Ford Fiesta 1.5 TDCi Titanium + New Car Overview

The Titanium + variant is the top-of-the-line version, and over and above the exhaustive list of features, also gets rear parking sensors and cruise control. While parking sensors are a useful feature, cruise control doesn't really make sense in India, given our roads and traffic conditions. The TDCi diesel motor is from Ford's familiar Duratorq family. This is one impressive engine, with a refined and punchy feel and minimal turbo lag. Drivability is very good, even in stop-and-go city traffic. However, it's out on the highway where this engine really excels. The well-spaced gearing and flat torque curve endow the diesel Fiesta with impressive overtaking prowess. Ford also claims this engine is the most fuel efficient in it class, with a claimed figure of 23.5 kpl overall.
