Audi, part of VW AG, has been operative in India for a short period of time, but the brand has been growing from strength to strength. Its SUV range is highly-regarded among the Luxury SUV buyers in India, particularly the Q7. Audi's range of cars spans luxury saloons like the A4, A6 and A8, and also sports cars like the TT and the R8 supercar, which also comes with a Lamborghini-derived V10. While the A4, A6 and Q5 are assembled in India, the rest of the family is imported as CBUs. Soon, Audi will also begin assembling and selling the Q3 in India as well.
