In spring 2012, at the Auto China show, Mercedes-Benz presented the Concept Style Coupe to an enthusiastic public for the first time as its vision of the new four-door coupe. It had sporty proportions and a muscular and dynamic design. The response to the Concept Style Coupe was positive. Just under one year later this coupe is entering series production in practically unchanged form. CLA is the name given to this latest member of the model family, and as a four-door coupe it is founding a totally new segment.
