Nissan Evalia New Car OverviewThe Nissan Evalia is the third new model to be manufactured at Nissan's Oragadam plant. The Evalia is a big MPV, whose USP are the big sliding doors and the flexbile interiors with up to 10 seats. The Nissan Evalia will use a 1.5-litre diesel engine, sourced from Alliance partner Renault. This is the same K9 dCi unit, key to the Alliance's India strategy. It will produce 85 PS of power, and will be mated to a manual gearbox. The 14-inch wheels look a couple of sizes too small for the vehicle, but Nissan assures us that the Evalia passes all safety and stability tests. |
