Volvo launches cheaper D3 diesel variants

Volvo Auto India has launched three new variants, one each of the S60 and S80 sedans, and the XC60 SUV, all powered by a new 5-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, designated D3. This 2.0-litre diesel engine is a scaled-down version of the 2.5-litre D4 unit which powers Volvo’s range of cars and SUVs.
