Audi is committed to China in a big way. This year, Audi's Chinese sales are expected to grow by over 60 percent. Given this scenario, Audi is extending its activities in China to cover motorsport as well. From 2012, Audi will field 16 R8 LMS Cup cars in a one-make series.

Ace racer Aditya Patel is the first ever Indian to try out the Audi R8 LMS for the ADAC GT Masters in Motorsport Arena, Oschersleben, Germany that is to be held soon. Aditya tested 15 laps in the morning that preceded a Race simulation of 5 laps and a 35 minute race distance run.
