Hyundai-Father's-Day-S.jpg Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL) has launched the ‘My Daddy, My Superstar’ campaign as a celebration to honour fathers. The initiative has been conceptualised to promote “Drive Safe” and to gratify fathers on June 16 2013, Father’s Day. Around 28, 000 students from the 1st to 5th standard of B+, A and A+ schools in Delhi, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Bangalore and Chennai participated in the campaign.

mistra.jpg Hyundai Motor Company has published a new concept vehicle at the 2013 Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition. The debut comes ahead of the company’s launch later this year of Mistra (Mingtu in Chinese), the production-version of the concept. Hyundai also unveiled its Grand Santa Fe premium SUV to the Chinese market.

CarSalesStagnant-S.jpg It hasn't been the best of years for the Indian auto industry. Data compiled by the Society of Indian Autmobile Manufacturers (SIAM) shows that over the past 12 months, production has grown by just 1.2 %, from April 2012 till March 2013. The industry produced 1,685,355 vehicles in March 2013 as against 1,845,868 in March 2012, which declined by (-) 8.70 percent.
