Tata Motors recently launched a nation-wide service camp, Tata Sumo Care Camp, for Tata Sumo owners. The care camp was held from February 17 – 19, 2012, across 281 Tata Motors authorised dealerships in India.
According to Mr. Ashesh Dhar, Head- Utility Vehicle Product Group, PCBU, Tata Motors, “We thank our customers for their long-standing support to the Tata Sumo brand. To create an even deeper customer connect, we have harnessed our learnings from customers to conceive the Tata Sumo Care Camp. We believe it will help take our service to a greater level of effectiveness and customer satisfaction.”
The camp was aimed to offer services to the entire Tata Sumo range – Tata Sumo Victa, Tata Sumo Spacio, Tata Sumo Spacio Gold, Tata Sumo Grande & Tata Sumo Gold. Tata Sumo owners were offered with an opportunity to service their vehicles and ensure that it was in the best of condition.
Besides a comprehensive free check-up, customers could avail of 15% discounts on labour charges and 5% discount on Tata Motors spare parts. The owners also got to hear about maintenance tips & interior enrichment of the vehicle. Customers could also avail for various schemes including exchange and extended warranty.
Tata Motors is also enhancing the Tata Sumo range and has introduced the new Tata Sumo Gold, the most powerful SUV in its category. The new Tata Sumo Gold will soon be launched in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
