Castrol EDGE Helps Audi Go The Distance At Le Mans 2012

Castrol EDGE is helping Audi to challenge for their 11^th Le Mans 24hrs win this weekend, 16and 17 June. As technical partner to the team, Castrol EDGE is not only hoping to be part of a winning performance, but will also provide fans with a range of content and activity to help them show their support for Audi and get a unique  insight into the world-famous race.

Castrol EDGE will be giving fans the chance to remain connected to the action via a specially designed parallax which is an interactive experience giving a new insight into the strength required to win Le Mans for the team, drivers and car.

Endurance racing is one of the most challenging environments in motorsport. Working together in such tough conditions allows Audi and Castrol to utilise each others strengths in innovation to reach new levels of performance. Castrol EDGE Fluid Strength Technology used in the R18 ultra engines and in the Audi R18 e-tron quattro engines has been tested under simulated race conditions for 48 hours – double the distance of Le Mans.
