Apollo Tyres Launches Contact Center for Buyers Seeking Tyre Related Information

Apollo Tyres has unveiled Apollo Direct for India, with the toll-free number 1800-419-7070 for passenger vehicle customers who are in the need of tyre related information like - tyre availability, fitment, sizes, prizes, dealer locations. Besides, information the customers can call the contact center for any tyre related complaints.

The contact centre personnel are equipped with answers for information and enquiries. And if required the customer will be contacted back by the personnel with additional information. 1-800-419-7070 will be operational all days of the week from 0900 to 1800 hours, excluding Sundays and national holidays.

The complaint is tracked, and the customer is updated by a phone call or SMS, until the complaint is resolved and closure achieved.
