Nissan's new sedan was officially unveiled on August 3. The new sedan will have petrol power at launch, when it goes on sale to coincide with the festive season of Dussehra and Diwali, with a diesel engine coming later.

India will host the finale of the FIA-sanctioned GT1 Series in December at the Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida. The GT1 Series is a sportscar racing championship, featuring racing versions of iconic sportscars from the world's most prestigious manufacturers.

Nissan’s Star of India Campaign movie trailer ready

Nissan launched a unique brand building exercise in November last year, auditioning wannabe future Bollywood stars and giving them a chance to star in a short film featuring none other than Nissan brand ambassador Ranbir Kapoor. The Nissan Star of India campaign was run exclusively on Facebook, making it as interactive as possible, and enabling participation of an audience totalling millions.
